So what’s it all about?

Writer / Director Vincent van Rijn:

“The story is about seeing and appreciating the beauty of our own world which we so often tend to overlook each day and about realizing how delicate it all is, only when we realize that we are in danger of losing it, that which we take for granted becomes most precious to us hence the controlling idea of the story:

‘The world is a wonderful place and worth the effort of fighting for’ Ernest Hemingway

What is your philosophy on film making?

If you’re going to go through the effort of making a film, then make it last forever and settle for nothing less, allow it to be an instant classic, that will not only be watched once but forever. It is the audience we aim to please and when they take out their hard earned money for an admission ticket, that they get three times their return through satisfying their need for entertainment. I don’t want people watching this movie once but to bring their friends with a second, third and even fourth time. After all, that’s why it’s called the entertainment industry. District 9 put the key in the door, Cypencia just added some dynamite.
